Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All payments are in USD.
Customers may be billed for subscriptions or individual document generation.
We respect your privacy. Customer data is never sold and is stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Stripe processes payments securely.

Due to the digital nature of our software services, all sales are final.

WorkGuard does not require users to create an account.

Purchase information related to in-app subscriptions or purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

WorkGuard does not collect:

2. Payments
All payments are processed exclusively through:
Apple App Store (iOS)
Google Play Store (Android)
WorkGuard does not process, store, or have access to your payment information. Payment processing and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
3. In-App Purchases
WorkGuard uses a third-party service, RevenueCat, to manage in-app purchase entitlements and subscription status. RevenueCat does not provide WorkGuard with access to personal or payment information.
4. Data Usage
Information is used solely to:
Enable access to paid features
Restore purchases
Maintain app functionality
WorkGuard does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Data Storage
WorkGuard-generated documents are processed locally within the app. WorkGuard does not store user-generated content on external servers.

WorkGuard is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because WorkGuard does not collect personal user accounts or personal identifying information, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete beyond what is managed by Apple or Google.

Terms Of Service

By downloading or using the WorkGuard mobile application (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the App
WorkGuard provides tools for generating documents and accessing paid features. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only.
You may not:
Attempt to reverse engineer the app
Use the app for illegal activities
Circumvent payment or access controls
2. No User Accounts
WorkGuard does not require users to create accounts. Access to paid features is managed through in-app purchases associated with your Apple ID or Google account.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
WorkGuard offers optional paid features through in-app purchases.
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings
WorkGuard does not control billing, refunds, or payment processing
4. Access to Paid Features
Access to paid features is granted through purchase entitlements. If a purchase is confirmed, access will be provided immediately.
If access is lost due to a reinstall or device change, users may restore purchases using the “Restore Purchases” option.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. WorkGuard does not issue refunds directly.
6. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, and functionality are owned by WorkGuard and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. WorkGuard does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
WorkGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
